Attached paper reads: "To Whom It May Concern: I offered to give this Street to the Town of Morristown, permanently surfaced at my expense, and have asked only that the town install a sewer therein at a cost of Twenty-one Hundred Dollars or less. As the Town declines my gift, I have closed this street to the public both as a thoroughfare and parking place. S.H. Gillespie." |
