Foster pink dgwood wisteria, pale yellow tulips (bulb) creeping flox, soft bluish lavender soft pink flox pale pink cherry blossoms Residence of David McAlpin II 69 Madison Ave, Morristown, NJ Photo taken about 1932 from south side house-originally owned by John Lord approx 1900 -bought about 1910 by Measpun [sic] redone by George Mills and moved south away from Madison Ave about 30-40 feet upper story destroyed by fire in 1919 and rebuilt Exterior was changed from clapboard to stucco = tile roof added to replace original shingles Original garage (stable) was located in flat area abvout 30 ft. south of present house-and rebuilt on present site 1/2 way down hill " |
